IOF Eventor - Creating an account
I have already registered myself as an athlete. Now I don't find a way how to become organiser/official/event adviser as well. Should I create a new account?
All persons are basically the same in IOF Eventor. It does not matter if you have entered as an athlete. Your national federation can give you the role as Event Organiser, and the IOF can give you the role as Event Adviser. Please contact the appropriate federation to get the role.

IOF Eventor - Entries to World Ranking Events (WRE)
We organise a World Ranking Event (WRE) in conjunction with a national event. Should all entries to the competitions go via IOF Eventor? Or should all entries go via our national system?
All WRE competitors (in M/W21E) should be able to enter via IOF Eventor. All other classes than M/W21E should enter via other systems. Other systems may be used for M/W21E too, but it should always be possible to also enter via IOF Eventor to the WRE.

IOF Eventor - Managing roles of people
Why can’t I search for more nationalities when searching for persons to add as member of my federation?
We have a national team coach/organiser/official from another country, and I cannot give him/her a role in our federation.
National federations can only assign roles to people in their own country. Please contact eventor @ orienteering.org, and we will assign the role to your national team coach/organiser/official.

IOF Eventor - Entries to World Ranking Events (WRE)
I am not a member of a club, but I want to enter to a World Ranking Event. What can I do?
You can participate in WREs without being a member of a club. However, IOF Eventor requires a club for entries. Therefore, you can create a club (in My Pages - Edit Profile - Competitor Details - FootO Add an organisation) called "IND" (=individual), and use that when entering to events.
